Welcome home to this fantastic 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment home in Boise. Located just up the road from BSU campus, the mall and Ann Morrison Park. The living room is large and open. The bedrooms are large in size and offer ample natural lighting. Each also has a large closet. The bathroom is shared and between the two rooms; it has a large countertop for all of your storage needs!

There is a $60.00 application fee per applicant 18 years of age and older. Tenant pays a $50 flat fee for W/S/T in addition to rent.
