Classic New Orleans shotgun-style home that features a unique blend of modern and classic furniture and decoration for a home away from home feel. The bedding features a premium mattress for a comfortable good night's sleep. Each bedroom has a private closet to accommodate your storage needs.

NOLA Shotgun-Style homes are arranged in a straight line. You have to walk through each room in order before reaching the exit or entrance. The layout is the entrance, living room, kitchen, bedroom 1, hallway with private bathroom, bedroom 2, laundry room, and back exit.

The bathroom features a tub and shower combo. Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body wash are provided and will be stored under the sink. Other toiletries are located behind the medicine cabinet. We also offer a hair dryer and iron/iron board combo.

The kitchen features a 4-seater dining countertop with high swivel chairs. We provide all the necessities you will need to make a meal in the kitchen: pots and pans, seasoning, cooking utensils, knives, cutting board, mixing bowls, strainer, microwave, oven, bowls and plates, silverware, cups, coffee mugs, and a variety spices. We also offer a coffee maker, coffee, and basic condiments as well.

Special Note: This unit is part of a duplex. There are no shared spaces beside the outside front porch. For protection, there are three outdoor security cameras at all property entrances. There are no other cameras.
