I have to move out for my job. I have my apartment lease with Sofi at Murray Hill until the end of this year.
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, laundry inside the unit, walking closet, dishwasher, garage and Patio and extra parking lot. The apartment is located in a beautiful area with easy access to Hwy 217, I-5 and 99. walking distance from Albertson, New Seasons, Safeway, and BigAls. Its close to Washington Square Mall, Costco Tigard, Winco and Walmart.
We dont have pet, but it is a pet friendly complex, your pet is welcome here. There is a park for pets in addition to playground.
The monthly payment for rent is $1359 includes an extra parking lot #113. The security deposit is $300. The rent is lower than average in this area because we got the apartment in January when it was icy and the market was so slow.
You will have the contract with Sofi at Murray Hill until the end of year, then you can renew the contract or move out, whatever you desire.
Your move in date can be any day from August 26 to Sep 1st.
