All Applicants must have no criminal record and have a credit score of 700 or higher.

TOURS:
Tours are available by appointment Monday - Friday from 10:30 am-5:30 pm as well as Saturdays from 12:30-5:30 pm. The apartment is currently occupied, we will need to schedule at least 24 hours in advance before showing the apartment.

DEPOSIT:
A Security deposit that is equal to 1 month's rent is needed to hold the apartment.
