It comes fully furnished, ready to move in, all you need is to BYOB (Bring Your Own BEDDING 😉)!

It is equipped with a security system that protects all exterior doors and windows (ready for renters to connect with Allstate Security) and a Ring doorbell camera so you can answer the door from bed.

It will be available August 1st, just before the start of the fall semester. Monthly rent is $1500 (only $500 each for you and 2 roomies) and $1500 deposit. Pets are welcome for $50 per month, per pet.
