Unit is very nice, I have had no issues with the apartment, or any bad experiences in general. AC stayed cool during the hotter months, and warm for the (days) that it was cold. One bed, one bath, and a screened in porch for the price was what had initially sold me. This unit is nestled on the 3rd floor so there is nobody above, offering high ceilings and nights of sound sleep, as opposed to being woken up by the tenants above (been there.) Located on the edge of the complex, so it feels very private. Reveille Ranch includes a trash service fee in the billing because they have a crew that goes around the complex and picks the trash up outside of your door (very handy, and worth the extra $7.50) Be prepared to bring, or purchase your own internet router; Reveille Ranch offers internet access, but in order to use it you must plug in and set up a router (I used the Netgear BlackHawk, was very fast.) All around nice place to live. They are repaving the parking lots over the holiday break.
