They never clean up the property!! The management is poor service. They are quick to slap a charge or late fee, but sliw to resolving issues in your apartment or around it. Lots of vehicle break ins, no patrolling office, even thought they said they do. Never any maintenance on weekends or emergency issues. I dont recommend moving here for the price they are charging. Poor customer service on all levels.

These apartments allowed the Houston Housing Authority holders to rent their apartments out to us was a great thing. But to have unnecessary expenses with utility bills is crazy. It's like they don't want you to get caught up on your bills and other bills you may have to pay and it's unreal. I have been here for 3 months and I saw a place where they do an occupancy inspection to see if the residents still live there. I don't like it because it is invading my privacy and it’s going against my tenant's rights. My overall thought about this company is they are money-hungry insensitive to some people's living situations and very rude and dismissive when someone is trying to explain their situation
