I have lived in Madison my entire life and as a renter, this is has been my favorite place to live. The only reason Im moving before my lease is up is because Im moving out of state... Considering the convenience of this location, which is about 15 minutes from everything, the rent is very affordable. ( Located in the Moorland-Rimrock neighborhood in Madison, with easy access to the I-90, downtown Madison near all the shopping, dining, and entertainment that the bustling metropolitan city has to offer.)

Community Amenities: A fitness center, business center, WiFi lounge, pool, and a brand new state of the art automated surveillance package room; equipped with touchscreen login along with email and text notifications/ reminders when packages arrive (I love it :). Not to mention laundry and mail are in the same building as the unit. Bus stop on the property, on-site management, 24/7 maintenance & online rent payment is all super convenient!

Apartment Amenities: Remodeled unit, new appliances, walk-in closet, kitchen & dining room, SPACIOUS living space & bedrooms, courtyard views, Dishwasher, carpet, and wood floors, light cream-colorf on walls (not stark white), Double sink bathroom, Huge bathroom storage closet. Large windows, lots of natural light, dishwasher, air conditioning, ceiling fans, fridge.

A bonus is that I love my neighbors. This place is truly a gem and Im grateful I got to call it home.
