QUALIFICATION INFORMATION: Acceptance is based on a mixture of credit score, rental history, and total monthly income. CREDIT SCORE- 620 or higher is required. If accepted with a slightly lower credit score (due to meeting income requirements and good rental history), at least a double deposit would be required.
