Subleasing my 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment located at Woodland Reserve in North Ankeny. Rent is $1158 per month for 11 months with snow removal, cable/internet, water, and sewer included for utilities. As an incentive, you would keep the deposit and the application fee will be paid. Excluded utilities are gas and electric, which can range from $60-80 per month. The 2nd floor apartment itself has 10 ft ceilings, a gas fireplace, balcony, washer/dryer, attached garage (for an extra fee of $60 per month) and other great amenities. Your lease would include a basic membership to Aspen Fitness down the road as well as access to the pool, clubhouse, coffee bar, and tanning bed. It would also include $20 per month of Fun Money that can be used around the metro.

The building is located right across from the clubhouse and provides a nice view of the pool only 50 feet away.

Rates for these specific units can be up to $1,800 per month, but this one is on the lower scale and fixed as I renewed from last year. I will be moving out by 8/3/2019.
