For instant approval, simply submit a $75 application fee per applicant and provide proof of income meeting the requirements, a letter of employment, clean background and credit check (we run this for you as part of the fee/process), and a letter of recommendation from your current landlord or another reliable source attesting to your good rental/mortgage payment history. Additionally, be prepared to cover move-in fees, including the first full month's rent, a security deposit equal to one month's rent, and pet fees (if applicable).

If you're applying with pets, we also require vet records and a picture of your furry friend. Pet Screening must be completed by the link provided to you after you apply. The profile is $30/year per pet. Pet fee and pet rent are dictated by your pet's application. (ESA and assistance animals are offered free profiles and no fees are imposed with complete application through PetScreening as required by ADA, HUD, and FHA guidelines.)
